Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website. Client work is governed by the separate written project agreement or service plan you sign, which takes precedence over anything here if the two ever disagree.

Use of this site
This website is provided for information about our services. You may not use it to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or submit unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content through its forms.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this site are starting points, not offers. A binding price exists only in a written quote we send you for your specific project, and quotes are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise.
Client agreements
Projects and monthly plans are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, payment schedule, revisions, ownership and cancellation. Website projects are typically billed fifty percent at kickoff and fifty percent at launch. Monthly plans are month to month with thirty days notice.
Intellectual property
On final payment, ownership of the deliverables created for your project transfers to you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks and internal components, and we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
No guarantee of search rankings
Search engines control their own results and no agency can guarantee a specific position. We commit to performing the described work competently and reporting on it honestly. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of rankings, traffic or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, our liability arising from this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
