Do I need a care plan if you built my site?

Not required — the site is yours and it will keep running. But hosting, SSL, backups and updates become your job. Most clients decide the plan is cheaper than the first Saturday they spend on it, and we never make it a condition of the build.

What counts as a content edit?

Text changes, swapping photos, updating hours and pricing, adding a team member, publishing a blog post you wrote, adding or retiring a service page. New page designs and new features are quoted separately, and we always tell you before it crosses that line.

Can you maintain a site you did not build?

Yes, after a short onboarding audit. If the site has serious existing problems we will quote those separately and honestly rather than absorbing them into a monthly fee and doing a shallow job.

How fast do edits get done?

Most requests are live the same business day; anything larger gets a same-day acknowledgement with a firm date. Genuine emergencies — site down, forms broken, wrong holiday hours — jump the queue at no extra charge.
